Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and building codes relevant to the region.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Leadership & Supervision: Strong leadership skills to manage onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
- Bilingual (Advantageous): Knowledge of English and Arabic (or other languages) could be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day activities on fit-out projects, ensuring work is being completed according to design specifications and within timelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all fit-out work meets industry standards and client expectations, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
- Coordination: Coordinate between different teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of the project.
- Resource Management: Ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment) on-site.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly update project progress, report any delays, and suggest corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work progress, change orders, material usage, and other necessary project documentation.
- Final Handover: Ensure the project is completed to client satisfaction, with all necessary documentation, approvals, and compliance checks for project handover.
