This role focuses on recruiting for proposal key personnel, incumbent personnel, contract backfills, and regular hiring needs. 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in US federal consulting or government contracting ~ Proven experience recruiting for proposal key personnel positions ~ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent recruitment efforts ~ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter ~ Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation Knowledge of federal contract vehicles and labor categories Network of qualified candidates with active security clearances Understanding of federal salary structures and compensation guidelines Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract backfills and regular hiring needs Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and passive talent Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies Prepare recruitment metrics and status reports Creative sourcing strategies and problem-solving skills
