The ideal candidate will have prior experience in direct client acquisition , media agency coordination , and a deep understanding of multi-platform advertising solutions. This individual will be responsible for revenue generation across platforms including Outdoor Media, Radio, Digital, In-Movie Branding, and Co-Branding Initiatives .Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strategic working relationship with existing clients to tap the business opportunitiesStrive for innovative ideas to provide customized solutions to clientTrack the innovative solutions being provided in the out of home industry and ideate with the team to create offerings for the clientsUnderstand the requirements of a brand and create the suitable opportunitiesNegotiate with the clients to get the best dealComplete the operational work on time(i.e., from deal closure to ensuring the invoice reaches the client)Minimize the turn-around timeInstruct the operations team to do the mounting as per the client’s requirementsReview the advertising site and inform the client about the same by sending the snapshots to them and seek their approvalUpdatethe clients about any new sitesCommunicate about any new development or innovation happening at the airport to the clientsRequirements4–7 years of experience in media sales, preferably across both agency and direct client roles.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive media environment.Strong understanding of multi-channel advertising strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, own targets, and manage accounts end-to-end.An MBA degree with specialization in sales/marketing is preferableWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a portfolio of leading brands and premium ad inventories .Dynamic work culture with cross-functional exposure.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Recognition:Times OOH is recognized as a "Great Place to Work," reflecting its commitment to fostering a positive and empowering work environment for its employees.
