Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled individual to support our design team in crafting user-centric experiences for various digital platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers to develop features across web and mobile applications.

About Our Design Team:

Our team crafts intuitive, efficient, and impactful interactions for users of diverse digital investment platforms. We facilitate workflows that cater to direct customers, partners, and internal teams.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Support the UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings.
  • Prepare and deliver design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Contribute to visual design and micro-interaction elements to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and systems to inform innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable).

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UX writing, or animation tools.
  • Interest in fintech or financial products.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset.
