Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft engaging experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, product owners, PMs, and developers.
  • Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines.
  • Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Proven experience in creating functional prototypes
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.
  • Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.
