Product Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, human-centered methods, and accessibility standards.

About the Role:

  1. Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors
  2. Design compelling experiences, create wireframes, prototypes, and interactions that efficiently communicate design concepts
  3. Organize complex information in an intuitive manner for users to navigate
  4. Presentation and articulation of design thinking, proactive design reviews, and capturing feedback from key stakeholders to iterate and improve designs
  5. Apply human-centered design methods to craft inclusive, industry-leading B2B banking experiences
  6. Contribute to and use the design system for consistency across products
  7. Collaborate with designers to develop solutions enhancing the user experience
  8. Utilize industry knowledge to understand technical and business aspects of the product and find ways to improve it
  9. Manage design workload, ensuring timely delivery of products in an Agile environment, working closely with product managers and delivery teams
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across locations, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving
  11. Maintain awareness of the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • A portfolio or website showcasing product UX/UI design work
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry
  • 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
  • Ability to deliver high-quality banking products

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with modular design
  • Experience with Prime React and related frameworks
  • High-volume data processing web application design experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills addressing complex UX and technical challenges
