Visual Storyteller

At our organization, every project is a unique opportunity to tell an impactful story through visually stunning presentations and pitch decks. We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller who can translate our vision into captivating narratives that engage brands, partners, and collaborators.

This role is about designing experiences — shaping the creative style, tone, and visual personality of each project so it's unforgettable from the very first click. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually consistent presentations that showcase their creativity and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design highly creative, impactful, and visually consistent presentations for various projects, including music videos, live tours, brand integrations, IPs, and collaborations
  • Define and execute the creative style & tone for each project, ensuring each deck feels unique yet aligned with our organization's values
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into persuasive visual narratives
  • Create presentation templates, infographics, and mood boards that enhance storytelling
  • Ensure every deck communicates both aesthetic excellence and strategic clarity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, with specific expertise in presentations, pitch decks, and corporate storytelling
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality, and impactful deck designs (mandatory for application)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creativity to every project
  • Understanding of brand marketing, visual hierarchy, and persuasive design
  • Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout composition
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and design logic
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience working on brand pitches or entertainment/media campaigns
  • Ability to integrate subtle animation or interactive elements into presentations
  • Knowledge of current design trends in music, media, and pop culture
