Role: Product Designer(UI/UX Designer)

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office)

Ability to join within 30 days or less.

We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) with 2–4 years of experience who has a strong eye for detail, creativity, and usability. The ideal candidate preferably comes from an EdTech background but candidates from other fields are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within EdTech and learning platforms.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
  • A good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
