We are seeking a Senior Graphic & Web Designer to lead the development of visual systems, campaigns, and web/UI design solutions that drive business results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design logos, brand identities, typography stacks, color languages, iconography, and guidelines.
    • Develop multi-channel campaign assets (social media, OOH advertising, print materials, digital banners, email headers) with strong visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling.
    • Create packaging concepts, dieline designs, label systems, POSM/merchandise, and shelf-presence mockups; prepare production-ready files.
    • Build client-ready pitch decks and case studies that showcase expertise and creativity.
    • Plan and oversee shoots (photo/video), moodboards, styling cues, and reference decks; collaborate with photographers/retouchers.
    • Ensure color accuracy, print specifications, bleed, overprint, and imposition are accurate; coordinate with vendors for proofing.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 3–4 years in an agency or fast-paced in-house team with a portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, packaging, print, and social media experience (web work included).
    • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping basics).
    • Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specifications.
    • Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory principles.
    • Working knowledge of web fundamentals (responsive design, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints).
    • Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.
