Job Overview

We are seeking a senior visual designer to spearhead our brand's creative vision and execution.

This role requires defining the design language, building brand guidelines, and leading a small creative team while maintaining hands-on involvement in high-quality design work.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that enhance brand presence and deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency setting.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
