Senior Field Applications Engineer

Our company is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to our customers.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.

This role requires a strong understanding of complex System-on-Chip (SoC) design and implementation, as well as experience in designing or supporting customized solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
    • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of customized solutions.
    • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a field application engineering or customer-facing technical role.
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in designing or supporting complex SoC, from architecture definition to tape-out.
  • Understanding of RAS and reliability for enterprise and infrastructure markets is a plus.
  • Understanding of functional safety standards and certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
