Join our organization in a pivotal role as a Release Expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and manage software releases to ensure timely and quality delivery with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain release calendars and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment.
Release Management

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating, tracking, and managing change requests through their lifecycle while ensuring compliance with internal governance and external audit requirements.
  • Collaborating with business and technical teams to assess impact and risk associated with each change request.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Acting as a liaison between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams is crucial for successful project execution:

  • Facilitating release readiness meetings and post-release reviews to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Resolving conflicts and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Automation & Deployment

To drive innovation and efficiency, we need someone who can:

  • Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Monitoring and optimizing deployment processes for scalability and reliability.
  • Driving adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Communication & Collaboration

Effective communication and collaboration skills are vital for this role:

  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment across geographically distributed teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in Release Management and Automation.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with version control systems, ticketing tools, and monitoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will have an added advantage:

  • Certifications in Release Management & Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards in release processes.
