Job Overview

This role involves leading and facilitating Agile Release Trains to ensure seamless delivery. The successful candidate will have extensive IT experience, strong understanding of Agile principles, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions (technology, operations, and business teams).
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks.
  • Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.
  • Support change and release management processes for highly complex and regulated systems.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains.
  • Exposure to highly critical financial systems, preferably Murex or similar trading/risk platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
