Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Expert

Overview:

We seek a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to ensure software systems meet functional and technical requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct automated testing using tools like OpenText Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
  • Create, maintain, and update test cases and regression scripts based on business needs.
  • Report and manage software issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project teams to discuss issues and report testing status.
  • Follow established QA standards and policies.
  • Provide estimates to help QA management create accurate schedules.
  • Support Product Management in testing business scenarios and verifying functionality.
  • Release management - maintenance of application versions and facilitation of version upgrades in all environments.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with UFT and experience with bug tracking software.
  • Ability to design, code, and document automated test cases within a defined framework.
  • Familiarity with financial products, such as FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, etc.
  • Programming language expertise (e.g., Java, C#, C++) is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering.
  • 3+ years of general Quality Assurance experience with complex trading and risk management systems in the financial industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with UFT.
