At our organization, we are currently seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Expert to join our team.

Position: Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who can perform manual and automation testing to ensure product quality.
  • A key member of our QA team will be responsible for developing and maintaining test cases, plans, and scripts.
  • This position requires conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to guarantee high-quality products.
  • We need a skilled individual to identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • A collaborative mindset is essential in this role as the ideal candidate will work closely with dev and product teams to align on requirements and fixes.
  • Furthermore, experience working with CI/CD pipelines and contributing to automation testing is highly desirable.
  • The selected candidate will validate networking-related features and ensure ITIL/ITSM compliance.
  • Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements to enhance overall product efficiency.

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Basic experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
