The ideal candidate will play a key role in product coordination, ensuring all project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of product-related projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project and product management tools is a plus.
