Principal Building Management Systems Specialist

Job Title: Building Management Systems Engineer
">The role involves end-to-end project execution and management of IBMS systems, MEP services, and central chiller plants for large-scale infrastructure projects. This includes overseeing the installation, testing & commissioning of central chiller plants, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, valves, piping, and controls.
The engineer will be responsible for ensuring project milestones are met as per schedule by coordinating with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams to achieve execution targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Execution & Coordination: Manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintenance & Support: Conduct performance testing of chiller plants and IBMS dashboards, optimize plant operation through automation, control strategies, and energy efficiency, and prepare O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and training sessions for facility teams.
- Tech Review & Compliance: Validate system architecture for BMS, HVAC, Chiller Plant Manager (CPM), SCADA/DCS, and utility monitoring systems, and ensure adherence to ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IS codes, NBC, and international standards.
