About Our Technical Leader

We're an ambitious, AI-native company in the e-commerce space. The next 12–18 months are about turning complex problems into robust systems with real users.

This is a hands-on IC role that requires designing data models, writing production code, and shipping high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build end-to-end solutions including data models, production code, deployment, and system maintenance.
  • Design and implement scalable systems that can adapt to growing teams and demands.
Tech Stack
  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Python.
  • Database: PostgreSQL.
  • App: Flutter.
  • Admin & Seller Web: ReactJS.
  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3).
  • AI Tooling: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector search (pgvector/Pinecone), LangChain/LlamaIndex.
Requirements
  • 6 - 10+ years building production systems as a primary builder.
  • Hands-on Java + Spring Boot experience, plus proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with Flutter or ReactJS in production environments.
  • Strong systems thinking: data modeling, performance optimization, failure handling.
  • Security & privacy instincts: PII handling, consent flows, audit trails.
Career Path & Title

Start as Head of Engineering. Over time, choose your track:

  • Principal/Distinguished IC (maximizing technical impact), or
  • CTO/VP Eng (when a team exists and needs leadership).

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be able to create clear documentation.
