We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent QA audits for underwriting operations, ensuring compliance with process SOPs and GRS QA Framework & guidelines.
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions or process enhancements.
  • Document QA findings and maintain accurate quality logs and reports, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on insurance operations.
  • 5-8 years of experience in P&C insurance operations, with a strong emphasis on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
  • Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a BPO or shared service environment, showcasing expertise in stakeholder management and communication across geographies and teams.

Essential Skills:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precision in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines and identify control gaps.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration and driving results across diverse teams and geographies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in shared services or BPO environments with experience as a Quality Auditor of global insurance back-office processes, leveraging expertise in process optimization and quality enhancement.
  • Experience working as QA in BPO vendor teams, such as Genpact, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements.
