Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our antibody validation module and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in protein biology.

About the Role:
  • To design and execute experimental plans that meet program goals and schedules, utilizing groundbreaking methods to validate antibodies for reproducibility and specificity.
  • To stay up-to-date with developments in the field of antibody development, validation, and protein biology, conceptualizing recommendations for product improvement and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independent planning and execution of experiments to achieve program objectives.
  • Timely data recording into laboratory notebooks and data sheets.
  • Compilation and presentation of data in written and oral formats to various audiences.
  • Mentoring junior scientists and providing in-lab supervision.
Candidate Requirements:

We require candidates with a Master's degree and over 5 years of experience, or a PhD with over 2 years of experience, in cell/molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.

Nature of Experience:
  • Familiarity with protein assay design and development.
  • Understanding biochemical, cellular, and molecular biology techniques for protein characterization.
  • Extensive practical experience in immunoassays, including Western blot, immunocytochemistry, ELISA, ChIP, and Flow cytometry.
  • Theoretical or practical experience in antibody development platforms is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot scientific problems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and statistical software such as Prism.
