Our organization is seeking an accomplished entrepreneur to join our leadership team as a Senior Venture Executive. This role involves working closely with our founders across multiple companies, leveraging their expertise to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic initiatives, including new product launches and market entry projects.
- Own critical growth levers such as affiliate marketing, public relations campaigns, and international software-as-a-service expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the founder, providing financial modeling, M&A opportunity assessment, and decision-making support.
- Ensure operational excellence by tracking key performance indicators, facilitating cross-team alignment, and conducting process audits.
- Represent the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
- Founder or co-founder experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
- Bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills, including finance, operations metrics, and growth funnels.
- Crisp communication skills, able to draft investor memos, press releases, and strategy decks.
- Ambitious, long-term thinker who sees this role as a launchpad into leadership.
- Proximity to multiple high-growth companies scaling in India and globally.
- A 'founder-level' exposure from fundraising to international strategy.
