Memory Layout Expert

We are seeking an experienced Memory Layout Expert to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and expertise in memory compiler layout, SRAM, and Register File (RF). The ideal candidate will have experience with Finfet technology, particularly at 10nm or below.

  • Design and develop memory layouts for high-performance applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate memory compiler layout into larger system designs
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in memory layout engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Finfet technology and its applications
  • Experience with memory compiler layout, SRAM, and Register File (RF)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
