Design High-Performance Memory Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to develop innovative memory compilers and fast cache instances for our next-generation cores. This role requires a deep understanding of computer architecture, CMOS transistor behavior, and high-speed/low-power circuit design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SRAM/margin design, quality checks, and experience with circuit simulation and optimization of standard cells. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl/TCL/Python is also desirable.

  • Develop memory compilers and fast cache instances for next-generation cores
  • Work on high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking schemes, and static logic circuits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding PPA (Power, Performance, Area)
  • Design and optimize SRAM/margin designs, perform quality checks, and ensure margin compliance
  • Experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows, scripting languages (Perl/TCL/Python), and circuit simulation and optimization tools
