Job Title

We are seeking a high-performance memory specialist to drive innovation in our growing team. As a key contributor, you will be part of a leading team to deliver industry-leading technologies to market.

  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in relevent field with solid understanding of basics electronics and good understanding of DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5 functionalities.
  • You should have hands-on experience in using industry standard JTAG, I2C, Tester and Lab tools, and be able to read/understand schematics & layout.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop functional validation plans for DDR controller features and RAS features (Reliability Availability Serviceability).
  2. Drive debug in post silicon, root-cause problems and steer the team to best corrective action.
  3. Able to work as a team and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of other high-speed, high-performance memory technologies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Solid understanding of Margining testing experience in DDR or other HSIOs.
  • Hands-on experience in system validation with x86 processors is a plus.
