Memory Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Memory Design Engineer to develop memory compilers and memory Fast Cache instances. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating digital circuits for memory blocks like SRAM, register files, and caches.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer architecture and concepts. Experience in design verification, sense amplifier analysis, self-time analysis, and marginality analysis is also required.

Additional skills include knowledge of high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, static and complex logic circuits, as well as power versus performance versus area trade-offs.

A strong background in physical implementation impact on circuit performance is necessary. The ability to lead a small team of designers and experience with FinFet technologies is also desired.

Responsibilities include designing and developing digital circuits, performing simulations and verification, and optimizing for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture and concepts
  • Experience in design verification
  • Knowledge of high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design
  • Understanding of physical implementation impact on circuit performance
  • Leadership skills and experience with FinFet technologies
Preferred Skills:
  • Circuit simulation and optimization of standard cells
  • Experience working with Cadence or Synopsys flows
Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design margin, char, and quality checks
