Job Title: Asset Coordinator

Asset Coordinators play a vital role in managing the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement. They are responsible for tracking and maintaining records of hardware and software inventory, coordinating IMAC activities efficiently, and ensuring asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools.

  • Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle — from procurement to disposal.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure asset-related data is current and correctly documented in IT service management tools.
  • Prepare and maintain regular asset reports using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Overseeing the implementation of asset management processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve asset-related issues.
  • Providing timely and accurate asset reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1.6 years of experience in IT asset coordination or management.
  • A strong understanding of the asset lifecycle process and its intricacies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and IT service management processes and tools.
