Job Title: IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management specialist to design, implement and manage end-to-end IT asset management processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT asset management and software asset management tools, as well as a solid understanding of license models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Asset Management Process Design: Develop and implement effective IT asset management processes for hardware and software assets.
  • Licence Management: Lead the lifecycle of software licence management including procurement, renewals and optimization.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure alignment with internal policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvements: Drive process improvements and automation within ITAM/SAM practice.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Software Asset Management Tools: Strong experience in software asset management tools (e.g. ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, Ivanti).
  • License Models: Solid understanding of license models (perpetual, subscription, cloud/SaaS, BYOL, enterprise agreements).
  • Hardware Asset Lifecycle: Ability to manage hardware asset lifecycle (procurement, inventory, disposal, refresh).
  • ITIL Processes: Knowledge of ITIL processes (especially ITAM/SAM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Procurement).
