Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive solutions to address client challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects that meet client requirements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project details, and work records to ensure seamless delivery.
- Participate in pitches to secure new business opportunities and contribute to organization growth through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and propose value-added strategies and presentations to expand business with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, relationship management, and team collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive results.
