Job Description

Foster meaningful relationships with key enterprise clients as a Client Engagement Partner, leveraging expertise to deliver tailored solutions and drive long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Account Management: Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, understanding their strategies, challenges, and technical environments to provide actionable insights.
  • Onboarding and Relationship Development: Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure seamless integration and growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Solution Alignment: Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives, utilizing data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, translating client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Industry Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Communication and Influencing: Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills, with proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Data-Driven Engagement: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
