About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead enterprise-grade projects for global organizations. This client-facing leadership position demands more than just execution - it requires optimizing frameworks, streamlining processes, and mentoring delivery teams to achieve world-class outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Nurture high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
  • Deliver measurable business value and ROI from engagements.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  • Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
