
Strategic Client Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationships and execution across creative and marketing projects.
- Work closely with client teams to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements.
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time execution.
- Develop brand strategy, digital marketing plans, and execution timelines.
- Translate client briefs into actionable work plans across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with clients to grasp their business vision, objectives, and operational needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal stakeholders to guarantee efficient communication and timely delivery.
- Contribute to creating impactful brand strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and project roadmaps.
- Pivot client input into tangible work plans that span multiple channels and mediums.
- Partner with content and creative teams to craft engaging content and campaign assets.
- Oversight of the entire project lifecycle – from conceptualization, creative development, to final rollout.
- Evaluate and refine content, artwork, and messaging to ensure alignment with brand essence and objectives.
- Present innovative concepts to clients, solicit feedback, and facilitate iterative improvements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving expansion efforts.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management within advertising or marketing agencies.
- Proven ability to manage numerous campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading creative/content workflows and internal coordination.
- Familiarity with the local market and regional nuances is a plus.
- Ability to confidently engage in client discussions with strategic insight.
