Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management and seamless supply chain execution.

This role is a key contributor to our strategic business process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure demand plans align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Forecasting: Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data and market insights.
  • Forecast Review: Lead regular forecast review meetings to drive consensus across business functions.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supply Planning: Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • ERP Utilization: Leverage ERP systems to create data-driven, actionable plans.
  • Seasonal Planning: Support new product launches, promotions and seasonal planning with agile forecasting.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
