Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of expertise in procurement, inventory control, supply chain planning, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee demand forecasting and production planning to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Monitor market trends, raw material availability, and business needs to optimize procurement cycles.
  • Procurement Excellence
    • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation.
    • Build strong supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Establish procurement policies and compliance standards to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Inventory Management
    • Lead inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple locations.
    • Implement inventory accuracy programs, cycle counting, and stock audits.
    • Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and materials handling.
  • Technology Enablement
    • Leverage ERP systems to streamline procurement, planning, and inventory processes.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting from ERP for informed decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation in inventory and procurement functions.
  • Cross-functional Leadership
    • Collaborate with finance, production, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies.
    • Provide clear leadership, guidance, and training to supply chain and procurement staff.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
