Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Optimize vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
  • Manage and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
  • Implement digital tools and ERP systems for better tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Key Competencies: Strategic supply chain planning, vendor management & negotiation, demand forecasting & inventory optimization, process improvement & cost efficiency, regulatory compliance & risk management, team leadership & cross-functional collaboration.
