Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand to ensure accurate inventory levels. Your role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform forecasting decisions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Designing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems: SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
