Overview:

A key member of our organization will be responsible for driving data governance initiatives, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data assets. This critical role involves managing and optimizing enterprise data flow and integrations, developing AI-driven strategies to enhance data quality, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving seamless data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Data Operations: Leverage AI tools to understand and improve enterprise data flow and integrations.
  • Develop Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive process documentation to support AI-enhanced data management activities.
  • Ensure Compliance and Audit Reports: Build and monitor compliance and audit reports to ensure adherence to data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Stewards: Work closely with data stewards to identify, resolve, and prevent data quality issues.
  • Manage Data Migration Projects: Ensure data integrity and consistency during data migration projects for acquired organizations.
  • Conduct Regular Data Quality Assessments: Identify anomalies and areas for improvement through regular data quality assessments and audits.
  • Implement Data Stewardship Practices: Establish and maintain data stewardship practices to enhance data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Establish Data Governance Frameworks: Develop data governance frameworks incorporating AI methodologies to support organizational data policies.
  • Manage Metadata: Ensure proper documentation and data lifecycle management through metadata management.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in data governance with knowledge of data cataloging tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with expertise in AI tools for data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in AI-driven data analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management and protection.
