**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced consultant to drive the design, implementation, and adoption of Microsoft Purview solutions across enterprise environments.

This role focuses on enabling strong data governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to lead projects end-to-end, and bridge the gap between compliance requirements and technical execution.

  • Data Governance & Compliance

    The Microsoft Purview Consultant will lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance, and risk management. This includes defining and implementing data classification, labeling, and protection policies across Microsoft 365, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.

  • Technical Expertise

    The successful candidate will have strong, practical expertise with Microsoft Purview, including Compliance Manager, DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk, eDiscovery, and Records Management. They will also be familiar with Azure services, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, and SharePoint Online.

  • Project Management

    The consultant will assess current data estate, identify compliance gaps, and propose remediation strategies. They will also provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Purview and its integrations.

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Data Governance, or Information Protection.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferrable Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate or Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals.

  • Experience with Microsoft Defender and the wider M365 security ecosystem.
