Job Title: US Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of US Recruiter. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for civil engineering and architecture positions in the US.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
