We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to drive end-to-end coordination between our agency and clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and Olio, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Manage client expectations and organize regular meetings to discuss progress and upcoming strategies.

The ideal candidate will drive brand strategy, content marketing, and revenue growth through new admissions, while ensuring impactful marketing results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution & Management:
    • Oversee the execution of brand, content, and PR campaigns to align with client objectives.
    • Coordinate brand designs, website/landing pages, SEO, and content marketing efforts.
  • Client Coordination & Communication:
    • Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
    • Organize regular meetings to discuss project progress and upcoming strategies.
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
    • Collaborate with clients to define and refine brand positioning.
    • Assist in creating brand collateral that aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Revenue Growth & New Admissions:
    • Drive revenue growth by focusing on campaigns that increase student admissions.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports and insights to clients, optimizing strategies based on data to improve results.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or client servicing role, preferably with digital marketing and strategy experience.
