Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance and Growth Intern in the founder's office.

  • This role involves managing core finance operations, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end bookkeeping, bills receivable/payable tracking, and invoice management
  • GST filings, tax return filings, and other statutory compliances as applicable
  • Cash flow management and cost optimization tracking
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Expense reporting, reconciliations, and building scalable financial systems
Growth & Strategy:
  • Shadow the founder in high-level meetings, fundraising conversations, and strategy discussions
  • Support in market analysis, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives
  • Create board-level decks, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards
  • Analyze KPIs, cost structures, and growth levers using Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)
