Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the execution of Water supply/Irrigation Projects. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  1. Project Planning">

You will prepare details of project plans considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates. This includes planning resources, manpower, and materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.

">">Budget Management">

You will prepare budgets and manage projects according to them, controlling costs and achieving targeted margins.

">">Progress Monitoring">

Monitor and control the progress of projects by making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

">">Issue Resolution">

Resolve issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, and Local Bodies Permissions.

">">Quality Control">

Execute quality control measures, safety rules, and regulations.

">">Team Leadership">

Create a collaborative and high-performance working environment.

Understand Accounting Principles, Financial Aspects, Risk Management, and Strategic Decisions etc.

Have knowledge of Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, Claims.

Have knowledge of Construction Methods, Materials, and Legal Regulations.
