Senior Project Manager: Lead High-End Interior Design and Fit-Out Projects

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-end interior design and fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects from concept to completion, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients and design teams.
  • Drive full project lifecycle initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.

Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control:

  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Control budgets, approve procurements, and track subcontractor payments.

Team & Site Management:

  • Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec, conducting regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee snagging and ensure smooth client handover.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations, implementing HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols across project sites.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Preferred:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Experience with luxury interiors or international clients.
  • Exposure to sustainable interior practices.
