Corporate Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects from design to procurement and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Manage project timelines, monitor changes/variations, and ensure projects are completed within schedule while meeting client needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate teamwork between project stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration with Client SMEs and keeping them updated on project status.
  • Manage the performance of delegated responsibilities by the design and site delivery team.
  • Support negotiations with vendors and business partners through project completion.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients.

Requirements:

  • Detailed-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction industry as a project coordination professional.
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under pressure.
