We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile projects for prominent organizations. This is a client-facing leadership role that requires expertise in optimizing frameworks, improving processes, and mentoring delivery teams to ensure world-class outcomes.

The Role
  • Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
  • Deliver measurable business value and ROI from engagements.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  • Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience managing AI and cloud-based projects.
  • Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
