Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading project teams and overseeing the execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including regular progress updates and issue resolutions
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision records
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adjust project scope as needed
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process refinement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of drug development, including clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and product launch
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
