AjnaLens is looking for a talented UI Designer to join our visionary team in reimagining human-computer interaction through conscious technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft stunning, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent UI that resonates with users
  • Create high-fidelity, visually compelling designs for web and mobile platforms
  • Become an expert in building and maintaining tokenized design systems and reusable UI components

You will be responsible for:

Top 3 Daily Tasks
  • Translate wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into polished, production-ready UI designs
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Develop and maintain micro interaction libraries to elevate the overall visual experience

Requirements:

Minimum Work Experience Required
  • 4–6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, elegant UI across mobile and web
Top 5 Skills You Should Possess
  • Strong command of core visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, spacing, and responsive/adaptive design
  • Advanced expertise in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systems
  • Ability to design and prototype engaging micro interactions using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Rive (optional but a plus)
  • Strong ability to quickly translate briefs into polished, production-ready UI — with an awareness of AI-powered design tools and automation workflows to enhance speed and consistency
