Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Digital Transformation initiatives, driving business growth and innovation through strategic planning and execution.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digitalization strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies to streamline processes, enhance data analytics, and drive automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of digital transformation projects, leveraging expertise in digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.
  • Analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Mentor and develop team members around digital skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and change management practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
