Job Summary:

We are seeking a Transformational Leader to spearhead our Digital Business Unit as Delivery Head. As the leader of this multidisciplinary practice, you will drive innovation, lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and align technology strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the delivery of a digital portfolio from a delivery and operations perspective;
  • Empowering delivery managers, program and project managers to ensure account/program/project risks and issues are addressed effectively;
  • Monitoring projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction;
  • Owning the growth of the portfolio and responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.

This role requires 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
