Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Work closely with clients as consulting professionals designing, building, and implementing initiatives to improve business outcomes.
  • Understand customer challenges, create business cases, and develop transformation roadmaps based on market trends.
  • Help promote and provide unified CXM solutions: collaborate on product demos, partner training, pricing strategies, documentation, and client engagement.
  • Develop requirements based on leadership input, focusing on performance reporting, problem-solving, and conflict management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on CXM, providing expertise on client projects across the entire delivery lifecycle.

Bring your skills forward to excel in the role:

  • Experience working with customer service operations, including contact center channels, assessment/benchmarking, and identifying gaps.
  • Implement omnichannel self-service/IVR and omni-channel orchestration routing: experience with unified CXM.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service operations, including cross-industry experience and hands-on experience with voice and non-voice channels.
  • Contribute to client RFPs by crafting engaging presentations, facilitating technical workshops, and executing proofs of concept to showcase CXM solutions.
  • Proactively identify customer needs through technical benefits assessments, building business value and overcoming objections.
  • Knowledge of solution designs that include integrations between Sprinklr and third-party solutions for CRM, such as Salesforce and Adobe.
  • Experience with cloud contact center technologies, including IP telephony, intelligent routing, workflow automation, self-service, workforce optimization, outbound engagement, social media engagement, digital, unified communications, and analytics.
