We are seeking a professional to join our business team as a Customer Relationship Manager.

This role involves managing customer relationship management systems, executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and supporting the business team in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

  • We maintain accurate and clean CRM databases, ensuring data segmentation for effective analysis.
  • CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn are monitored, providing actionable insights to the business team.
  • Sales, marketing, and product teams collaborate to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
  • Campaign performance is analyzed, with regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys, are supported.
  • CRM processes and workflows are automated to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
